Territory Manager

Job Summary: Banke International Properties, a leading real estate brokerage company, is seeking a Territory Manager to oversee sales activities and business development initiatives within a designated territory in India. The Territory Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and building strong relationships with clients and partners.

Principal Accountabilities:

  1. Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies and action plans to achieve revenue targets and business objectives within the assigned territory.
  2. Client Acquisition: Identify and prioritize target clients and prospects within the territory. Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of leads through proactive prospecting, networking, and relationship-building activities.
  3. Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Conduct regular client meetings, property viewings, and presentations to understand their needs and preferences and provide tailored solutions.
  4. Business Development: Explore and pursue new business opportunities to expand market reach and increase sales revenue. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop and launch targeted campaigns and promotions.
  5. Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to assess market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences within the territory. Use insights to identify growth opportunities and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
  6. Sales Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze sales performance metrics, including revenue, profitability, and market share. Develop and implement corrective actions as needed to address performance gaps and achieve targets.
  7. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal departments, including sales support, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and delivery of exceptional customer service.
  8. Reporting and Forecasting: Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for senior management. Provide timely and accurate updates on sales performance, market trends, and competitive intelligence.
