Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and proactive individual to join our team as Admin Cum Front Desk. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing administrative tasks efficiently while also providing excellent front desk services to our clients and visitors.

Principal Accountabilities:

  1. Front Desk Management: Greet visitors warmly, determine the purpose of their visit, and direct them appropriately. Manage incoming calls, answer inquiries, and provide accurate information to callers.
  2. Visitor Assistance: Ensure all visitors are registered, provide them with necessary information, and ensure their comfort during their visit to the office.
  3. Administrative Support: Assist in various administrative tasks such as managing office supplies, coordinating meetings, handling courier services, and maintaining office equipment.
  4. Email and Correspondence Handling: Monitor and respond to emails and other correspondence promptly. Route emails to the appropriate departments or individuals for further action.
  5. Documentation Management: Maintain and organize office files, records, and documents systematically. Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
  6. Facilities Management: Coordinate with building management for maintenance and repair works. Monitor office cleanliness and ensure a conducive working environment.
  7. Vendor Coordination: Liaise with vendors for office-related services such as housekeeping, security, and maintenance. Ensure timely payments and resolve any issues that may arise.
  8. Ad hoc Support: Provide support to other departments or team members as needed to ensure smooth office operations.
