  2. Sourcing and Screening: Utilize multiple sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to identify potential candidates. Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates’ suitability for specific roles.
  3. Candidate Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process. Provide timely and personalized communication to keep candidates engaged and informed about their application status.
  4. Interview Coordination: Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates. Prepare interview materials, facilitate interview sessions, and gather feedback from interviewers.
  5. Offer Negotiation: Extend job offers to selected candidates and negotiate terms and conditions of employment, including salary, benefits, and start dates.
  6. Onboarding Support: Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires. Provide information and assistance to new employees to help them acclimate to their roles and the organization.
  7. Recruitment Metrics: Track and analyze recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality-of-hire. Use data insights to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make recommendations for improvement.
  8. Employer Branding: Contribute to employer branding efforts to enhance the company’s reputation as an employer of choice. Participate in recruitment events, career fairs, and networking opportunities to promote the organization and attract top talent.

Required Competencies:

  1. Recruitment Expertise: Strong knowledge of recruitment principles, techniques, and best practices. Experience in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
  2. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to effectively communicate with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
  3. Relationship Building: Proven ability to build rapport and establish positive relationships with candidates and hiring managers. Ability to collaborate and work effectively in a team environment.
