Porush Jhunjhunwala
CEO
Born and brought up in Mumbai, Porush has done his MBA in Marketing. He worked as the Regional Manager of VideoCon in Mumbai. In 2006, he moved to Dubai. After being associated with a leading brokerage firm in Dubai for seven years, Porush decided to follow his passion and established Banke International in 2013 with a team of four people. With a growing, multicultural team of 500+ people working with him now, Porush continues to dream bigger and aim higher.
Porush takes fitness seriously. He enjoys working out at the gym, doing yoga, and playing cricket. He also participates regularly in marathons.
Porush values meaningful relationships and conversations with his team members and clients. He is immensely proud of his team at Banke. A team player himself, he attributes Banke’s phenomenal success to the hard work of his team.
Porush has high aspirations for Banke. He plans to expand to several Emirates of the UAE, as well as to other countries of the GCC and MENA region.
He believes that success is sure to follow when you pursue your passion.
Aditi Jhunjhunwala
Head of Operations
Aditi has done her MBA in HR. In 2006, she moved from India to Dubai, and started her career as the Senior HR Recruitment Specialist at a leading brokerage firm. She joined Banke in 2013 as Head of the HR Division. Within a few years, she proved her mettle and became the Head of Operations at Banke.
Aditi loves to travel and explore different destinations, meet new people and try unique cuisines.
In her current role, Aditi oversees the CRM, Marketing, HR and Administration Departments. She strives passionately to fulfill the challenging demands of her key position. She is responsible for streamlining the functionality of each department and achieving seamless operation between the departments.
Aditi considers Banke her second home. She is immensely proud of her team and their achievements. She has a creative mind, and brings together innovative ideas and inspirations from the local and global market. She is optimistic and excited about Banke’s future prospects.
ADITYA PUSHKARNA
Associate Director
Aditya completed his Bachelor’s degree in Financial Markets, Banking, and Financial Support Services at G N Khalsa College in India before moving to Dubai in 2017. He had the opportunity to work at prestigious real estate organizations such as PropTiger and Squaryards in Dubai, where he held various key positions in sales, marketing, and portfolio management. He started his real estate career in Banke as a consultant and rapidly advanced to the position of team manager in the Dubai office. Due to his forward-thinking mindset and willingness to take challenges, he decided to venture into the Indian market.
Aditya is currently in charge of managing over 40 real estate agents and overseeing Mumbai operations.
TAHER GHADIALLY
Country Head
Taher completed his Master’s degree in Marketing from MET College in India post which he had the opportunity to work at various prestigious organizations such as Aranca, AffordPlan and 99Acres.com.
He then moved to Dubai in 2021 where he worked with Squareyards and held a key position and headed an NRI Team in Dubai.
Due to his forward-thinking mindset and willingness to take challenges, he decided to venture back into the Indian market in 2023 as a Country Head and kick started the Mumbai and Thane Operations for Banké.
Taher is currently in charge of managing over 80 Sales Managers and overseeing the Thane and Mumbai operations for Banké India.
